Gökberk Demirci and Uğur Yücel Join Teşkilat Season 7: Meet Ceyhun and Barlas

The seventh season of TRT 1’s popular action drama Teşkilat is taking shape with several notable additions to its cast. Among the latest names linked to the new season are Gökberk Demirci and veteran actor Uğur Yücel, two performers who will bring very different characters into the series’ expanding story.

According to Turkish entertainment reports, Demirci has reached an agreement to join Teşkilat and will portray a character named Ceyhun. Yücel, meanwhile, has also joined the production and is set to appear as Barlas, the father-in-law of Altay, played by Tolga Sarıtaş.

The new casting choices add another layer of intrigue to a season that is already attracting attention ahead of its return.

Gökberk Demirci to Play Sniper Ceyhun

Gökberk Demirci will reportedly play Ceyhun, a skilled marksman whose background and abilities will make him an important member of the team.

Ceyhun hails from Ceyhan, Adana, and serves as a highly capable sniper. His sharp reflexes, calm temperament and exceptional accuracy are among the qualities that distinguish him from the other characters.

Rather than simply introducing Ceyhun as another action-oriented figure, the series gives him a distinct tactical skill set that strengthens the team. His presence could therefore become significant during missions where precision and composure are essential.

Demirci is also preparing physically for the demanding role. Reports indicate that the actor has been taking shooting lessons ahead of filming, suggesting that the production is paying attention to the practical details required for his character.

The actor most recently appeared in the television series Rüya Gibi. His move to Teşkilat gives him an opportunity to take on a considerably different type of role and enter one of Turkey’s best-known action franchises.

According to the reported production schedule, the production team will begin filming the new season on August 25, 2026.

Uğur Yücel Joins the Cast as Barlas

The second major addition is veteran performer Uğur Yücel, whose arrival gives the upcoming season another experienced screen presence.

Yücel will reportedly portray Barlas, a character connected directly to Tolga Sarıtaş’s Altay. More specifically, Barlas will be introduced as Altay’s father-in-law.

That family connection could be particularly interesting for viewers because Teşkilat has traditionally combined high-stakes missions with personal relationships and emotional conflicts. Bringing Barlas into Altay’s story creates the possibility of another dimension beyond the series’ operational storyline.

Double Click Productions is producing the seventh season, with Burak Arlıer serving as director.
Alongside Demirci and Yücel, the new season has also expanded its cast with names including Bensu Soral, Duygu Sarışın and Serhat Kılıç.

The combination of established performers and fresh faces suggests that the production is preparing a substantial cast refresh while maintaining the central identity of the series.

What to Expect From Teşkilat Season 7

With new characters arriving and filming scheduled to begin in late August, anticipation surrounding Teşkilat Season 7 is already building.

Ceyhun’s introduction could strengthen the series’ action and tactical side, particularly because his sniper expertise gives the team a specialized ability. Barlas, on the other hand, appears positioned to contribute to the personal and family-driven side of the narrative.

For Gökberk Demirci, the role also represents an opportunity to demonstrate a new performance style. His preparation for Ceyhun indicates that the character is being approached with the physical requirements of the role in mind.

Uğur Yücel’s participation is equally noteworthy. As a highly experienced Turkish actor, his presence may add additional dramatic weight to the scenes involving Altay and his family.

Teşkilat is scheduled to return to TRT 1 for its seventh season in September 2026. As further casting announcements and story details emerge, viewers will have a clearer picture of how Ceyhun and Barlas fit into the next chapter.

Why These New Castings Matter

The latest additions indicate that Teşkilat is not relying solely on familiar dynamics for its seventh season. Instead, the production appears to be introducing characters with distinct functions within the story.

Ceyhun brings precision, tactical expertise and a new professional identity to the team, while Barlas creates a direct connection to Altay’s private life. That balance between action and personal drama has long been an important part of the series’ appeal.

With filming approaching and the September premiere window getting closer, the arrival of Gökberk Demirci and Uğur Yücel gives Teşkilat fans another reason to watch the upcoming season closely.
