Mehmed Fetihler Sultanı Season 4: Noyan Uzer Joins the Cast as Gülşah Hatun

The fourth season of Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı is already creating excitement with new faces, fresh characters and the return of its established cast. The TRT1 historical drama, produced by Miray Yapım, is preparing to resume production after completing its third season on June 9.

According to Turkish entertainment journalist Birsen Altuntaş, two notable actors have joined the upcoming season: Begüm Birgören and Noyan Uzer. While Birgören’s character has been identified, details about Uzer’s role remain limited for now.

Begüm Birgören arrives as Gülşah Hatun

Begüm Birgören will reportedly portray Gülşah Hatun, adding a new female character to the expanding story around Sultan Mehmed.

The casting has attracted particular attention because Gülşah Hatun will reportedly have a close connection with Fatih Sultan Mehmet, played by Serkan Çayoğlu. According to the casting report, she will appear as Mehmed’s partner, opening the door to a new personal storyline within the historical drama.

Birgören brings considerable acting experience to the production, and her arrival could give the fourth season another strong character to explore. The series has already developed a large ensemble around Sultan Mehmed, so introducing Gülşah Hatun could create new relationships and conflicts as the story moves forward.

For now, viewers will have to wait for the new episodes to see how prominently Gülşah Hatun features in Mehmed’s world.

Noyan Uzer also joins the cast

The production has another new addition in Noyan Uzer, who is also reportedly joining the cast of Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı.

Unlike Birgören’s character, the production has not yet revealed extensive details about Uzer’s role. That leaves his place in the fourth-season storyline open to curiosity and speculation.

In a large-scale historical series, even one new character can influence the direction of the story. Uzer’s role could introduce another political figure, ally, rival or personality connected to the wider world surrounding Sultan Mehmed. However, it would be too early to draw conclusions before the production announces more information.

Season 4 production plans take shape

The series has now entered an important preparation period ahead of its fourth season. According to the reported production schedule, the Season 4 poster shoot is planned for the week of August 24.

Filming for episode 84 is expected to begin around August 28 or 29. As with most television productions, these dates remain subject to change, so viewers should treat them as reported plans rather than final confirmations.

The return to filming will mark the next stage of a production that has established itself as one of TRT1’s major historical dramas.

Serkan Çayoğlu returns as Sultan Mehmed

At the center of the series remains Serkan Çayoğlu, who plays Sultan Mehmed.

TRT1’s official information identifies Çayoğlu as the leading actor in the role of the Ottoman ruler and lists a wider ensemble of established performers around him. The drama combines historical figures with dramatized storytelling as it follows Mehmed’s ambitions, political struggles and military campaigns.

The arrival of Gülşah Hatun could add a more personal dimension to Mehmed’s story, while Noyan Uzer’s undisclosed character gives the new season another element of mystery.

What can viewers expect?

With two new actors joining the cast and production preparing to return, Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı Season 4 is taking shape with several fresh story possibilities.

Begüm Birgören’s Gülşah Hatun is currently the most intriguing addition because of her reported relationship with Sultan Mehmed. Noyan Uzer, meanwhile, remains a question mark until the production reveals his character.

For fans of Turkish historical dramas, the next few weeks should bring more clues through the new poster, promotional material and official cast announcements.

One thing is certain: Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı is returning with new faces, new possibilities and another chapter in Sultan Mehmed’s story.
